Here’s how it works:

1. Tell us about your cover design idea by answering a few design questions during and after the submission process.

2. We will conduct creative research on genre-specific cover trends to determine which design will maximize your book's impact in the marketplace

3. We will ensure that your vision translates clearly into precise instructions to the designer, is appropriate for the target audience, and meets book-industry standards

4. Once you choose your favorite concept, you and your designer will confirm the details about the design elements

5. Once the concept is finalized, a designer will create an attractive and appropriate cover for your book

6. You will receive the first draft of the cover and have one round of free corrections

7. After your designer incorporates any changes per your request to your design, you’ll receive your final cover as a PDF (Please note: any changes requested after the initial round of free corrections will incur a fee)

8. We will work to make your book look as attractive, polished and professional as possible. After the cover design has been developed, you will have the option of accepting or rejecting the design. Although the art director and our expert design team are here to give you helpful guidance, ultimately the author is always in control
